The part nobody warns you about
The missing piece was never another technique. It is the structural layer underneath them all: seeing how a client builds a problem in their own mind, and changing it there. This cohort teaches you that layer, then has you run it live, on real people, across six days, until your results stop being hit and miss.
Build the Skills. Optimize the Results.
Next cohort begins Friday, November 13, 2026

The gap no one named
You can name what is happening for your client. Anxiety, depression, stress, stuck. You could define it with precision, and you are trained to go looking for where it began.
Here is what no one tells you: the origin is not where the change is. You do not have to excavate the why. Change happens when you can see how a client is running that pattern now, in their own mind, the structure underneath it, and work at that level to change it.
That structural layer sits beneath every technique you already know. It is the reason a method lands beautifully one day and slips the next. And it is the piece almost no training ever named. Here is how skilled practitioners describe the gap, in their own words:
None of them asked for another technique. What they were missing was the layer underneath the ones they already had.
You do not get certain by collecting one more technique. You get certain when you can see how a client builds their problem, choose the move that changes it, and run that move, out loud, on a person who did not behave like the example in the manual, and watch it work anyway.
So that is what these six days are built to give you: the structural layer underneath the techniques, and the live practice that makes it yours.
The layer beneath every technique: how a client codes a problem, and the move that changes it. The part no training named.
Then you work it, in pairs, inside the session, while the explanation is still warm. Every skill, every day.
Between the two weekends you use what you have learned in your own sessions, and bring back what happened.
The shape of it
Long enough to build something that holds. Short enough to block in a calendar you already run a practice around. The complete practitioner toolkit, in order, with the practice time built into the day rather than promised for later.
American and European clocks change on different dates, so the times outside the United States can move by an hour at other points in the year. Your joining details always carry the right time for where you are.
| Eastern Time | Block |
|---|---|
| 9:00 to 10:50 am | Session A |
| 10:50 to 11:05 am | Break |
| 11:05 am to 12:55 pm | Session B |
| 12:55 to 1:40 pm | Lunch |
| 1:40 to 3:30 pm | Session C |
| 3:30 to 3:45 pm | Break |
| 3:45 to 5:35 pm | Session D |
| 5:35 to 6:00 pm | Integration and future pacing |
The week between the two weekends is not a gap. You take what you have learned into the sessions you are already holding, and bring back what happened. Office Hours are held for the cohort to do exactly that, in the week between and in the weeks after we finish.
Who it is built for
Coaches, therapists, counsellors and wellness practitioners who have training behind them and want their sessions to land more reliably.
What changes
The full six days, session by session, is set out in the schedule and syllabus. We send it to you when you apply, because it is the document that actually answers "is this right for me," and it deserves more than a skim.
How to join
The application takes a few minutes. It asks what you already practice and what you want to be able to do differently, because that is what tells us whether this cohort is the right next step for you.
If it is, we will send you the full schedule and syllabus and arrange a conversation to go through the details, the dates, and your questions. Nothing is decided before that conversation.
Places are limited by the format. Every session puts you in a pair, so the cohort is built out of people who have committed to the dates.
The Performance Edge Protocol™ is built on Neuro-Linguistic Programming® and hypnosis, drawing on the work of Dr. Richard Bandler and John Grinder, and taught by Licensed Trainers of NLP™.
The cohort awards a Certificate of Completion from Next Level Pro Institute.
Next Level Pro Institute delivers education, communication skill development and behavioral strategy training. We make no medical claims and offer no therapeutic guarantees.
Questions people actually ask
No. They are different trainings and they are complementary. Many people take the cohort first and the Bootcamp later.

Because the piece that was missing was never another technique. It was the structural layer beneath the ones you already have: how a client builds a problem in their own mind, and how to change it there. We teach that layer, and then you run it, in pairs, on real people, which is the part that was missing the first time.
If you can name the techniques but would hesitate to run them cold with a client on Tuesday, that gap is exactly what the six days are for.
Yes, and that is how most people use it. These are tools for noticing structure and changing it, and they sit inside the way you already work rather than asking you to abandon it. Coaches, therapists and counsellors all integrate them without changing what they call themselves.
Good. Neither do we, and we teach it that way. Every intervention here is done with the client's knowledge, in service of an outcome they chose, and we build in a step that checks the change is right for the whole of a person's life rather than only for the problem in front of you.
The skills make you more precise about what someone actually wants. That is the opposite of pushing them somewhere.
Tell us before you start. The days build on each other and most sessions put you in a pair, so your partner is relying on you being there. If a date genuinely does not work, we would rather hold you for a later cohort than have you arrive half in.
Recordings of your own cohort are available to you afterwards, and they are a poor substitute for being live with a partner, which is the true answer rather than the reassuring one.
Office Hours continue for your cohort, in the week between the two weekends and in the weeks after we finish, so you have somewhere to bring what happened with real clients. The monthly sessions are then included for your first three months after you finish: skills training, a Business Lab with a Business Growth Advisor, and an interactive Q&A on real client cases. You can carry on with them after that, and we go through how that works in your conversation with us.
Finishing a program at Next Level Pro Institute is the start of the refining, not the end of it.
Six days, a partner in nearly every session, and a cohort of practitioners doing the same work.
